How long will my package take to arrive?
Bulk orders depending on quantity can range from 5 business days to 2 weeks.Ā Ā All rush orders are subject to additional fees

We generally provide shipment tracking for all medium to large orders whenever requested.

What does your warranty cover?
All our products are designed to last but have a limited 2 year warranty. However, all products are accessible to exchange and return depending on the nature of the damage or defect. Our excellent team of designers and crafters will be happy to assist with all claims.
